Bookmark Tab

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bookmark Tab for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Product.

License

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

Bookmark Tab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software Product for the following purposes:

Use the Software Product on a single computer, or multiple computers if the Software Product is licensed for multiple users. Make copies of the Software Product for backup and archival purposes, provided that such copies contain all of the original Software Product's proprietary notices. You are not permitted to:

Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software Product. Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the Software Product. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software Product.

Updates

Bookmark Tab may provide updates to the Software Product that must be installed for the Software Product to continue to function properly. You agree to receive and install such updates as part of the Software Product's normal update process.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate the EULA at any time by destroying the Software Product and all copies thereof. This EULA will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy the Software Product and all copies thereof.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bookmark Tab be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the Software Product, even if Bookmark Tab has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Bookmark Tab be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. Bookmark Tab shall have no liability with respect to the content of the Software Product or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
